About The Conference

With immense pride and enthusiasm, we introduce to you our inaugural Borneo ADR Week, which is set to take place in the enchanting city of Kuching, Sarawak, from 15 to 19 July 2024. This event marks the beginning of a new era in the world of ADR for the Borneo region. Borneo ADR Week promises to be an extraordinary experience, offering a unique platform for ADR communities, legal professionals, construction experts, industry leaders, and organisations to come together and explore the latest developments, strategies, and insights in ADR.

Our ﬂagship event, the Construction Claims and ADR Conference Sabah & Sarawak 2024 will take place on Day 5 of Borneo ADR Week. Together with us, we have several participating institutions and organisations hosting some interesting sessions on Day 1 to Day 4 of the Borneo ADR Week. About The Organisers

Legal Plus was set up in 2014 by YA Bhg Tun Zaki Azmi, Chief Justice of the International Financial Court in Dubai, Retired Chief Justice, Malaysia as Chairman, YBhg Tan Sri James Foong, Chairman of the Ombudsman for Financial Services, retired Federal Court Judge, Malaysia and Ms Catherine Eu, retired Executive Director of the Bar Council, Malaysia as Directors. The main objective of the Company is to provide continuing professional training, public seminars and events pertaining to legal issues and legal compliances for the various professions, trade, industries and enterprises.

We’re excited to see and hear your innovative proposals! Please make sure to review the guidelines carefully. The BAW 2024 Organising Committee reserves the right to decline the application to organise an event during BAW 2024 if the applicant does not align with the objectives of Borneo ADR Week 2024.
