CIPAA Conference 2022 was a national hybrid conference bringing together adjudication experts to discuss current developments and practical issues under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012. The programme examined major adjudication cases, enforcement, setting aside and stay applications, and possible reforms, alongside the inaugural launch of the International Statutory Adjudication Expert Committee.
