About The Conference
The ASEAN Construction and ADR Roundtable is an inaugural event, marking the commencement of an annual international series initiated by Legal Plus and L2 i-CON International, in conjunction and in support of Ho Chi Minh City International Construction Arbitration Conference, HICAC 2024.
As the first edition of this influential gathering, the focus is on Vietnam, paving the way for subsequent editions that will extend across the ASEAN region. This event promises to be a cornerstone for fostering sustainable collaboration in the fields of construction law and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) on an international scale.
About The Organisers
Legal Plus was set up in 2014 by YA Bhg Tun Zaki Azmi, Chief Justice of the International Financial Court in Dubai, Retired Chief Justice, Malaysia as Chairman, YBhg Tan Sri James Foong, Chairman of the Ombudsman for Financial Services, retired Federal Court Judge, Malaysia and Ms Catherine Eu, retired Executive Director of the Bar Council, Malaysia as Directors. The main objective of the Company is to provide continuing professional training, public seminars and events pertaining to legal issues and legal compliances for the various professions, trade, industries and enterprises.
